Andrea Ivanova made it her mission to get the "world's biggest lips". In a bid to get the plumpest pout possible, she's been getting fillers done for years. The 28-year-old has spent £20,000 on her jaw-dropping transformation, which has left some medical professionals refusing to treat her because she's had too much work done.
The assistant nurse, from Sofia in Bulgaria, didn't just focus on her smackers. Andrea has also had other work done to alter her look. She’s had hyaluronic acid injections in the chin, jawline and cheekbones, as well as a breast augmentation operation with 600cc silicone implants.
To finish off her plastic surgery transformation, Andrea now sports Barbie-blonde locks and bleached eyebrows. She often applies fluttery eyelashes and emphasises her smile with bold lipstick.

However, her appearance didn't always used to be so unique. The 28-year-old looked totally unrecognisable before she started getting jabbed.
She had a much more natural appearance – as seen by her stunning throwback pictures. Andrea used to be a brunette bombshell with more subtle features.
While some prefer Andrea's pre-surgery look, she's garnered more than 38,000 followers since she started altering her appearance. What's more, the influencer enjoys standing out from the crowd.
Previously, she said: "I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up.
“I don't like boring ordinary appearances and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties. Natural beauty is boring to me so I decided to change my appearance radically.”
Even though Andrea's family have expressed their dismay about her changing face in the past, she's not fazed by the criticisms she receives.
She added: “I’m an adult, I decide what to do with my body. My friends have no qualms about going out with me, despite my huge lips, and they accept me for who I am.
“They are used to looking at me now with big lips, so are no longer impressed by it all. But my parents and grandparents constantly tell me my lips are huge and that I look scary to them. I don’t pay attention to their words.”
